I, , am a tenant at the SeaBrook Harbor Dry Stack Storage Facility. I acknowledge/understand that I have to submit a cancellation notice 30 days prior to canceling storage with your facilities. I will submit a written cancellation notice that includes the date of removal for boat and/or trailer.

Per my lease agreement: I understand that I will be responsible for any storage agreement terminated before the end of the lease term, and that storage fees are not pro-rated and are non-refundable. I understand that an expired lease does not mean storage has been cancelled, and by not canceling my lease agreement in a timely manner I will be billed on a month-to-month basis at a monthly rate.
