Q.
What is a dry stack storage facility?
A. A multi-rack storage building on the water front
to store vessels at
different levels.
Q. How do I schedule a move for my vessel?
A. Call two hours prior to arrival to have your
boat placed in the water
or on a work rack. If you would like your vessel
loaded on its trailer
call 48 hours ahead of time (loading/unloading Monday-Thursday,
no
holidays). Upon returning, please place your key
in the "key drop box."
This lets us know you are finished using the vessel,
and we will then put
it back in storage.
Q. Are there any vessel requirements to
be stored at Seabrook Harbor?
A. Yes. All boats must have proof of insurance (minimum
liability), a
battery disconnect switch, (4) dock lines, and (2)
fenders.
Q. Is there an additional charge for launching
by boat?
A. There is unlimited moves in/out the water or
work rack. However, an
additional $3.00 per foot is charged when loading
or offloading from a
trailer.
Q. Can I flush my motor at Seabrook Harbor?
A. Yes. We will place your vessel on a work rack
where you can flush the
motor, or request Seabrook to flush it for you for
an additional charge.
Q. Is there a fuel dock at Seabrook Harbor?
A. Yes. We have both regular unleaded gasoline (ethanol
free), and
offroad diesel. When you call to schedule your vessel
to be put in the
water, let us know you need fuel. We will happily
fuel the boat for you.
As an extra bonus, all Dry Stack customers receive
a $.10 per gallon
discount on gasoline.
Q. Can I store my trailer at Seabrook Harbor?
A. Yes. We offer outside storage for trailers.
Q. What are the benefits for storing my
boat at Seabrook Harbor?
A. Storing your vessel in our dry stack facility
protects your vessel from
prolonged exposure to the water, salt, and weather.
Your boat will last
longer and you won't have to spend as much time
or money on costly repairs and maintenance. The
service we offer increases your fun time with family
and friends on the water. Upon request, we will
fuel your vessel and ice down your drinks. For all
you fisherman out there, you will have the
right to reserve live bait over the general public.
Q. What items are carried in the Ship Store?
A. Fishing tackle and accessories (portable air
pumps, fishing line, nets,
buckets, etc.) , a variety of products to perform
routing maintenance on
your vessel, Coast Guard kits, food, ice, drinks,
beer, and much more. If
we don't have it in the Ship Store, we also have
a large materials
warehouse and if we don't have it in stock we will
get it shipped for you.
Q. What kind of live bait does Seabrook
Harbor sell?
A. Live shrimp (seasonal)
Q. Can I purchase a fishing license at Seabrook

Q. What is the hurricane policy at Seabrook
Harbor?

window to make the decision to remove your vessel
from our facility. It
is completely up to the owner if he/she would like
to leave it or not.
Keep in mind our building is designed to withstand
130 miles per hour
winds. Each storm is different and the time frame
to remove your vessel
may change, if this occurs Seabrook Harbor will
inform you. |
